Too often, the sense of commitment and devotion of time that our all-volunteer board members dedicate to our organization and industry is taken for granted.

As so many of you know first hand, stepping up to serve on any organization’s governing body represents a deep and convincing dedication to defending our way of life and forwarding the highest aspirations of our common goals.

On the next page you will find some of the individuals who have committed to the stewardship of ECA for 2023 for whom I am greatly appreciative personally as well as professionally.

These are not new names to our Executive Board roster. In fact, these individuals carry with them vast institutional knowledge of this association and the industry at large.

Our President is Michael Prlich of Mike Prlich & Sons, our Vice President is Rita Vigil-Ferguson of G&F Concrete Cutting, our Vice President of Infrastructure Development is Dave Sorem of Mike Bubalo Construction, our Treasurer is Alan Ludwig of Pascal & Ludwig Engineers, and our Affiliate Chair is Scott Salandi of Patriot Risk & Insurance Services.

As we collectively face both the challenges and opportunities in the times ahead we are bolstered by the experience and dedication of this select group of leaders.

The entire Board was sworn into their offices during a ceremony that took place last October for their term in office that began on January 1, 2023.
