Dear Members,

On February 11, 12, and 16, the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA) will convene an advisory committee to provide input on possible changes to the recently implemented COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards.

The advisory committee will be held on the following dates and times via video conference:

  • February 11 & 12, 10 am to 4 pm (sections 3205, 3205.1, 3205.2)
  • February 16, 10 am to 4 pm (sections 3205.3 and 3205.4)

The committee will consist of members from business and industry, labor and community groups, public agencies, and the health sciences. Committee members will be the primary participants in discussions on possible changes to the rule. Opportunity for public comment at the meeting may be limited due to the number of topics of discussion. All interested persons may observe the meeting, and email written comments to Cal/OSHA at [email protected].
